Choose a plan from inside the app and your card is charged for the first period. If you don't choose a plan, optimisation and Flume pause, but your data is kept safe for at least 14 days so you can come back. We'll send warning emails at 3 days and 1 day before the trial ends, plus a final email on expiry.
Yes. All upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are self-serve via the Stripe Customer Portal, linked directly from Settings → Billing in the app. Monthly plans end at the next billing date. Annual plans run to the end of the paid year.
